Refund Policy
*NO returns, refunds, &/or exchanges on ONLINE ORDERS.
*If your item(s) are damaged when you receive them, you can make a dispute through our email the same day you receive your package. We will confirm the arrival through the tracking number of your package. You will choose between replacement of the items, store credit or refund. You will have to send the package back so we can refund, replace or give you store credit.
*If the items you order are in fact damaged, we will refund you.
*Damaged items can only be returned with original tags, unworn, unwashed. Damaged items with obvious use, makeup, animal hair, dander, deodorant, perfume, or similar product stains may be subject to REFUSAL.
