Shipping Policy


We package and ship your order as soon as possible. We start working on your order immediately, so we are unable to make any changes or modifications to an order after it has been placed. We ship between 1-3 business days.

We only ship packages during the business week and do not ship on Sundays or holidays. While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, Sandiabylia.com  cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, stolen packages, etc. 

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email.

📍 Pick-Up Policy

 

By selecting the Pick-Up option, the customer agrees to coordinate a pickup appointment with Sandía by Lía, including the location, date, and time.

This service is only available at predefined pickup points between the towns of Hatillo and Aguadilla, depending on availability and our weekly delivery route.

Appointments will be offered within a period of 24 hours to 7 days after the order has been paid. Coordination will be done via direct message (email, social media, or text). No pickups will be completed without a confirmed appointment.

The customer is responsible for responding and showing up at the agreed time and place. If the customer fails to appear or does not respond within the established timeframe, Sandía by Lía reserves the right to cancel the order without refund if considered abandoned.

This policy is intended to ensure an organized, safe, and efficient delivery process for both parties.
